Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across the US, ensuring that we provide the very highest level of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into three parts:

    • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–7 business days.
    • Estimated Delivery Time: This refers to the approximate time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. We source our products from several vendors within the US, Europe, and Asia. This allows us to offer wholesale prices and high-quality products with good design. Because we ship from multiple warehouses, the ETA or Estimated Delivery Time varies and is just an estimate. The ETA is usually stated when you select your shipping method during the checkout process. You can always contact us to confirm before ordering the item.
    • Scope of Guarantee: Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
      1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
      2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller’s control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
      3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
